Dr Robert Pleming MBCS CITP ARAes, Chief Executive of Vulcan To The Sky accepted the 2014 Conrod Trophy form HAA Chairman Wally Epton. The iconic bomber is now in its seventh operational season since restoration, and fliying status is expected to be maintained into 2015.
The Vulcan was finally voted the winner by the HAA committee, who also gave serious consideration to the endeavours of the Plane Sailing Catalina, and the Mk1 Blenheim project with ARC at Duxford.
