We have received the latest update on Project Phoenix, who have raised just over £10k for the first phase of the project. The money will go towards continuing the awareness campaign with the local and national aviation community and a feasibility study on the site. The next stage is to provide submissions to the next hearing on 20th February at the council offices to ensure that there is a requirement that the runway needs to be realigned.
