HAA Annual Meeting and Flying Forum
18th March 10:30 am - 4:00 pm
Please note that the next Annual Meeting of the Historic Aircraft Association will be held on Sunday 18th March 2018 at Old Warden, commencing at 10:30. As usual, the formal business of the Annual Meeting will be followed by the Flying Forum: speakers and topics for the Forum will be announced in due course.
In accordance with the current rules of the Association, notices of motion for the Annual Meeting must be submitted to the Secretary not less than twenty-one days prior to the meeting, or not less than one calendar month in the case of notices of motion proposing a change to the HAA Rules. Nominations for members to serve on the HAA Council (current terminology) or on the HAA Management Committee (proposed new terminology) would be welcomed and should be submitted to the Secretary as soon as convenient and not less than twenty-one days prior to the meeting.
Please let the Secretary know whether or not you plan to attend the Annual Meeting. A response not later than 18th February is requested. If you are able to attend, please let the Secretary know whether you will be driving or flying to Old Warden. If you plan to fly in, please make your own arrangements for PPR in the normal way. Old Warden does not charge landing fees and now has self-service fuel pumps for both UL91 and 100LL. To help the caterers plan for the right numbers, it would be helpful if you would also indicate whether or not you will be taking lunch in the Shuttleworth restaurant.
We hope that you can make it for what promises to be an important and interesting day.
