The Military Aviation Authority have issued the revised MOD Policy Statement from the Common Law Claims & Policy section of the Directorate of Judicial Engagement Policy increasing the minimum third party liability insurance requirement to £50 million for all civilian displays acts at display run under MAA regulations.
